- Refunds will be processed after all goods purchased have been returned
- Lost items are not covered under this guarantee
- You are welcome to use our Replied Paid Service to return your Smart Wheels under this guarantee, however tracking numbers are not provided with this service noting point 3 above.
- This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under Australian Consumer law.

Prices are set at the time of purchase in the currency value as detailed on our website.
Transit Times
Standard Shipping averages 2-5 days for delivery to most areas in Australia. Shipping to regional areas (eg regional WA/NT) will take longer. It is important to remember that delivery times are estimates, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company. Concourse Golf delivers and returns free of charge throughout Australia.
Loss or Damage in transit
Replacement of damaged items or lost deliveries can be offered to customers who contact Concourse Golf to discuss the issue within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it and report any items that are missing or have arrived damaged or broken in transit. We are still open to discuss options after those five days have passed.
Returns policy
We offer a 30-day free returns policy for product, excluding gift cards, returned in its original condition. You must contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of shipping of the product to return a product in this way.
Acceptance of orders
Concourse Golf reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the sale is made in New South Wales, Australia (Eastern Standard Time).
Limitation of Liability
All products sold on this website are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstance is Concourse Golf liable for the following:
Third party claims against you for damages; loss of, or damage to your records, data, or any type of hardware/equipment; economic consequential damages or incidental damages, or any consequential damages. Consequential damages is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss, hardware loss, or personal injury).
Concourse Golf liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. Products are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor use.
Once shipped, goods become the responsibility of the customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier. All images displayed are for illustrative purposes only, and all specifications shown are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge. We accept no liability for typographical errors, misprints, omissions, or changes in specification. If unsure about an aspect of a product please contact our sales team prior to purchase.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt,
niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Promotion commences 16:50 AEDT 18/08/2022. Entries close 9:00am AEDT on 05/09/2022 (“Promotional Period”).
4. This is a game of chance. To be eligible to enter, individuals must sign up to the e-newsletter by filling out the form – the link to this is in the post.
5. The winner will be drawn on 6/09/2022. The winner will be notified by email on the 6/09/22. The Winner must claim their prize by 20/09/202.
6. The total national prize pool is:

7. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
8. Total national prize pool value is $1,999.00.
9. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

(whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to
that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a
winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant opts-in at time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
