If I buy a Vogue Push buggy or a Vogue Push Buggy and Bag Combo, are the Concourse Smart wheels be compatible with my existing buggy?

Yes, absolutely. The Smart Wheels are compatible for the Vogue Push Buggy by adding the specific Retrofit Axel Kit to the Vogue Push Buggy. The Existing Vogue Push Wheels can still be used with the Smart Wheels  Retrofit Axel Kit attached.
